Matthew Kappel supports the Callais Capital team with financial analysis, research, and accounting support across the firm's investment funds and portfolio companies. Before joining Callais Capital, Matthew worked for an inshore and offshore charter fishing company on the Louisiana coast, where he managed day-to-day operations and hosted clients on the water.
Matthew holds a B.S. in Finance from Nicholls State University. He lives in Thibodaux with his girlfriend and his dog, Goose, and spends his free time fishing and hunting with friends and family.
