William "Bill" Alford is the Co-Founder and CEO of Circle the Wagons (CTW), a purchasing group strengthening the collective buying power of independent retailers. He has spent 35+ years in the supermarket industry specializing in loss prevention, risk management, and safety consulting for retail. He began his career in the loss prevention division for several major grocery store chains before becoming a trusted advisor to the independent supermarket industry, helping companies reduce risk and improve their bottom line. At CTW, Bill supports independent retailers by reducing the cost for "not for resale" goods and services. Bill is an accomplished trade group speaker, a certified member of the Loss Prevention Foundation, and received his BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
