Neal is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Brewsy and Allways Drops. Brewsy is a DIY winemaking kit company launched in 2020 in New Orleans that very quickly grew to fill the market need for an easy to learn way to make wine at home. He launched Allways Drops in 2023 to help create a healthy and tasty way to make flavored beverages accessible and cost effective. Prior to launching Brewsy and Allways, Neal was Head of Product Development & Design at Dr. Frederick’s Original in Columbia, MO. Neal previously worked on various materials science engineering projects for IM Flash (now Micron) in Salt Lake City and has developed over 20+ DTC consumer packaged goods. Neal earned his BSE in Materials Science & Engineering from Arizona State University’s Honors College and resides in New York, NY
