Ari Ehrlich, CFA



Ari David Ehrlich, CFA is a Strategic Advisor and Executive In Residence at Callais Capital Management. Ari advises Callais Capital’s team in various capacities including portfolio company board advisory, capital planning, reporting, and due diligence support. Ari also actively serves as Chief Financial Officer at a Callais Capital portfolio company, Pelican Waste & Debris, LLC.

Ari has blended experience in investment management, corporate finance and as an operating company executive; focusing on companies across the Third Coast

Prior to his CFO positions, Ari was a member of the Senior Investment Team for a $500 million hedge fund of funds and family office, where he conducted due diligence and analyzed risk metrics for the portfolio, along with overseeing portfolio construction and management processes, modeling scenarios and market research. Ari previously worked as a Senior Associate in the Product Development Group at Lehman Brothers, as an Associate in the Portfolio Analytics Group at Neuberger Berman, as a Research Consultant at Howland Partners, and as a Summer Associate with Deutsche Bank.

Before working in finance, Ari was a musician entrepreneur where he achieved success with his own music group. He also worked for Bertelsmann Media Worldwide and their underlying music labels.

Ari has a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music and an MBA in Finance with a concentration in Investment Management from Fordham Graduate School of Business in New York and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Ari resides in Nashville, TN with his wife and two children.
