Max Blumenfeld is an associate at Callais Capital. Max supports investment processes, startup incubator businesses, and portfolio company operations to drive value for founders, their management teams, and companies.
Max has a background in operations and corporate and strategic finance across multiple sectors, including industrials, consumer packaged goods, and software. He has worked in businesses ranging from <$10M to >$1B of revenue with both domestic and international operations. Most recently, Max assisted in building and scaling Procore’s (NYSE: PCOR) finance, investor relations, and strategic planning functions during their ramp from <$500M to >$1B of revenue post-IPO. Prior to this, Max helped build and subsequently sell Louisiana Fish Fry to a financial buyer post-PE acquisition, supporting the operating team, due-diligence and roadshow processes.
Max earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Loyola University New Orleans. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, cycling, cooking, and traveling. He currently resides in New Orleans with his wife and dog.
